- If both locations (pickup and delivery) are within the 15 km radius, no additional distance charges apply.
- If either the pickup or delivery location falls outside the 15 km radius, additional distance charges will apply.
- If the delivery (new location) is outside the 15 km radius, this will incur additional travel costs, even if the pickup location is within the service area.
- Customers can purchase additional kilometres during checkout to cover any distance beyond the 15 km radius.
- Installation and setup fees remain unchanged, regardless of distance.
- No quotes are provided, all pricing is fixed and selectable at checkout.
